Solutions
Production line monitoring
Alongside the existing process system, sensors are installed that independently detect and transmit the collected data to a data portal. The data portal processes the information and provides clear, structured insights into line performance, productivity, and potential downtime.
Energy consumption monitoring
Unlike conventional metering tools, IOT Systems provides continuous monitoring, enabling the detection of unexpected increases or decreases influenced by specific stages of the production process. By connecting to relevant consumption equipment, valuable data is obtained to support effective resource planning and optimization.
Metrological data
Indoor and outdoor air quality parameters, including temperature, humidity, CO₂ levels, particulate matter concentration, light intensity, wind speed and direction, precipitation levels, as well as leaf greenness and soil moisture, are accurately measured to optimize product growth or processing conditions.
Automated measurement reports
The collection of data from various meters is part of daily operations. In addition, certain measurements, such as temperature and humidity in product storage, are mandatory, as product quality directly depends on them. Automated data recording and the distribution of structured reports to responsible parties, for example via email or to a designated data folder, ensure reliable and consistent reporting processes.
Remote wireless monitoring of sites and equipment
Both production and agricultural sites can be extensive, with buildings and infrastructure that are difficult to access. To monitor activities at these hard-to-reach locations, such as pump stations, wells, ditches, silos, and sewage systems, IOT Systems provides remote monitoring of various equipment within a 3 km radius, including the ability to switch devices on or off. All site and equipment data are consolidated in a single portal and available for visualization in your infographics.
Temperature monitoring
Temperature is the most commonly measured parameter. IOT Systems has experience capturing wireless data from environments ranging from -200°C in freezers to +600°C in thermal oil. However, the most precise temperature measurements are taken directly in the product, storage chambers, and warehouses to meet the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Rainwater and Wastewater Monitoring
Irrigation systems are monitored for water availability, leaks, water quality, water treatment, and pressure. Urban wastewater is monitored as well. Detection of water flow contamination and accumulation of sand or grease.
Monitoring of Kiosks and Public Spaces
In small retail spaces and gas stations, maintaining order is essential. This includes monitoring closed display cases and refrigerators, overseeing storage area conditions, and tracking doors and windows. In public facilities, monitoring can also include visitor frequency in sanitary areas, which informs the scheduling of cleaning operations.
Boiler House Monitoring
Despite advanced heating systems, standard boiler automation does not always provide notifications at the time or location you need. While conventional automation performs its basic functions, IOT system allows you to receive alerts tailored to your specific requirements. You can compare temperature settings with fuel quality, analyze fuel consumption in relation to weather conditions, assess pollution levels, and more.
